Samsung Certosa:  project management at 360°.
 In 2014 Samsung launched the idea of an n innovative project: a single-brand space entirely dedicated to the brand and to the synergy between its products, located within a large-scale retail outlet and in particular within the Mediamarket point of sale in Viale Certosa in Milan.  An entire area is dedicated to the ground floor of 208 square meters divided into three macro areas: Audio Video area of 56 square meters, Telephony and IT area of 86 square meters and Experience Zone of 66 square meters where there is an area dedicated to consulting and live presentation of products (see if interesting to insert rendering and plants). The project presented itself as an important challenge in terms of time and organization as the designated space was completely renovated and planning and implementation steps became necessary, all organized within a Gantt (see if it is interesting to insert a Gantt chart) that could return to the customer timelines and work in progress strictly to be respected considering the primary importance of the previously advertised inauguration. The design idea comes as always from a concept, which then evolves into a real rendering that is followed, once the idea is approved, by the entire phase of industrialization but also of product study in agreement with the customer to define the best possible planogram, highlighting the leading products and creating areas of interaction focused on expressing the interaction potentialities among Samsung products as never before.

The project has seen in order: the fine-tuning of plasterboard works, lighting engineering, adaptation of the ventilation system, raised flooring, floor wiring to electrify products and display elements and to create an internet network and wireless points inside the area , videowall structure and audio connection to create an entertainment space, floor video projections, re-panelling and in design cladding of the non-removable elements inside the point of sale, adaptation with designated platforms for emergency and safety exits, creation of a space dedicated to stock and the management of the area itself. In just five days it was possible to set up the 208sqm with tight shifts of specialized teams for each phase of installation that took place and which involved various professionals, companies, agencies and logistics arranged by Novavision Group Spa in the role not only of direct producer of the same elements present in the set up, but also as a general contractor who has been able to optimize all the construction processes in a 360 ° project management result.
